Wheels & axles

Train wheels are offered in collaboration with LUCCHINI RS GROUP. Sizes vary from 360 to 1290 mm. The wheels can also be delivered in various materials in conformity with standard EN 13262.

These are manufactured in 42CrMo5, vacuum degassed forged steel with an average carbon content, they have been subjected to thermal treatment using our own processes to obtain a uniform profile hardness of the running surface and the wear surface of the innermost flanges, and simultaneously maintaining a flexible core which is resistant to shock loads, and made resistant to fractures or wear and tear of the flanges, designed to be resistant to pitting and spalling.

Rail wheel tyres are offered in collaboration with LUCCHINI RS GROUP. The rail wheel tyres can also be delivered in various materials in conformity with standard UIC810-1.

Wheelsets are supplied in collaboration with the LUCCHINI RS GROUP combination.

Axles are offered in collaboration with LUCCHINI RS GROUP. The axles can be delivered in various sizes and materials in conformity with standard EN13261.
