Smooth movement of the switch rails is essential for safe, reliable switches and crossings. DeltaSwitch is a low-maintenance system for high or low switch rail profiles, suitable for all types of switches.

Own development ShimLift
ShimLift is a height-adjustable rail fastening for many types of sleepers. An adjustable wedge under the rail, paired with a counter-wedge, is the core of a simple solution and ensures well-supported track.

Own development Kampa Sleeper
Cable ducts for track-crossing cables always sit between two sleepers, exactly where the tamping machine needs to work. The track around them cannot be tamped properly, and the duct itself is at real risk of being damaged in the process.

Own development Balise Protect
Balise Protect closes the gap that ERTMS balises force in the derailment provision. Plastic extenders lengthen the ends of the steel guide rails while the required metal-free opening of 650 mm is maintained, so even derailed wheels with a small diameter are guided correctly past the balise.

VICON AMSA rail dampers are tuned mass-dampers clamped to the rail web. They reduce broadband rolling noise at its source and slow the formation of rail corrugation.

Calenberg Ingenieure (a LISEGA Group company) develops track elastomers that reduce noise and vibration from rail traffic: ballast mats, elastic rail pads, under-sleeper and sub-ballast mats, and related products. They protect people and buildings in the living and working environment along the line.

Partner: Lucchini RS Wheels & axles
Forged train wheels in diameters from 360 to 1290 mm, manufactured to EN 13262 and available in a range of materials. They are forged from vacuum-degassed 42CrMo5 steel and heat-treated for a uniform tread hardness with a tough core, resistant to pitting and spalling.

Rail freight moves across Europe on the TEN-T corridors, from Rotterdam to Genoa and from the Baltic to the Aegean. We develop to the standards these networks have in common, and our systems are approved in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

Germany EBA DR-23-230246-001 Approved by the Eisenbahn-Bundesamt, the German federal railway authority, for use on the German network.
Belgium Infrabel Approved and in service Kampa is officially certified by Infrabel, the Belgian infrastructure manager; ShimLift is in service on the Belgian network.
Independent validation Dekra Rail Bench & on-track tested Kampa systems are validated by Dekra Rail through bench testing and monitored in-track service.

Dutch rail engineering, from Raamsdonksveer to the European network.
Kampa is a specialist manufacturer of rail infrastructure components: switch mechanisms, rail fastenings, derailment protection and hollow steel sleepers. Every product starts from the same question. What does this component cost the railway over its whole life, in possessions, in wear on surrounding assets and in impact on the environment?
We develop in-house, have our systems validated independently by Dekra Rail, certify with the infrastructure managers and supply both directly and through distribution partners across Europe.
